« Horizon » & « The Insight » Residences — Brussels, Belgium

The project concerns the conversion of two tertiary buildings into buildings with a multi-generational use and a diversity of typologies that are out of the ordinary (studios, one and two bedroom flats).

The idea of multi-generational housing derives from the well-known model of service residences for the elderly.

The project evolves to meet the demands of other age groups, with a wide variety of common spaces and other services set up to meet the specifications. New technologies are bringing their advantages to the internal services of the building. And the interiors, which are very well designed, offer a quality living environment for a reasonable rent.
